Cancellation Policy

One-Time Service Policy 1. Property Access & Preparation To ensure a high-quality cut, please ensure all gates are unlocked and the lawn is clear of debris, toys, and pet waste prior to our arrival. If we cannot access the yard, a $25 Trip Fee may be charged, or the visit may be rescheduled. 2. Overgrown Grass Surcharge Our standard one-time rate applies to grass under 6 inches in height. If the grass is significantly overgrown, an additional "Tall Grass" labor fee will be assessed upon arrival. We will contact you for approval before starting if the price exceeds the initial estimate. 3. Weather & Rescheduling Lawn care is weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain or saturated soil, we will automatically reschedule your service for the next available clear day. You will receive a notification via email/text of your new time slot. 4. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your one-time mow. Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to correct any issues, but we do not offer full refunds once the service has been performed. 5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of completion of service. For one-time services. we require a credit card on file to secure your spot.
